About the Guild

The South African Young Diamond Beneficiators Guild is a non-profit organisation established in 2015 by a collective of South African, predominantly Black-owned emerging diamond manufacturers that saw the need to change the narrative of the South African diamond beneficiation industry.

At the core of the organisation is a collective desire to realize and participate in the real and sustainable growth of the South African diamond beneficiation industry and to see our locally manufactured diamonds become an international symbol of South Africa’s economic renaissance.

Critical to our collective success is the need for true transformation to take place whereby opportunities for growth can be accessible to all those that strive to develop their businesses into global participants in the international diamond manufacturing industry.
